What areas do you cover?

We primarily serve Bishop's Stortford, Harlow and the surrounding areas.

Do you offer discounts for multiple walks per week?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for clients who book multiple walks per week. Get in touch for more information.

Are your dog walkers insured and trained?

Yes, all our dog walkers are fully insured and have undergone training in dog handling and safety procedures and walkers have cleared DBS checks

Will you meet my dog before hand?

We will always come to you home to meet you and your dogs before the first walk.

I have more then one dog can you walk them all at the same time?

Yes, we are insured to walk up to 4 dogs per group session.

What days and times are you available for dog walks?

Monday-Friday 8am till 6pm.

Are walks on or off-lead?

Dogs are always kept on leads unless booking a rented dog field session.

Do I need to be at home went you collect or drop off my dog?

No. Most clients are comfortable sharing a set of keys with Muttz That Strutt to enable us to collect and drop off your dog even if you are not home.

How do I pay?

Cash or BACs

What do I do if I need to cancel?

Please contact us by email or telephone giving at least 24 hours notice for no charges to apply.

What happens in bad weather?

We get wet!! We will clean and dry your dog off as much as possible. We do ask that you leave out a towel for us to do this
